If I want to play laser tag or glow golf, do I need to make a reservation?

The Glow-in-the-dark mini-golf is open every day between 10:00 and 17:00. Reservations can be made for this at reception. The cost is €3.50 per person. Laser gaming can be booked on request. Please contact us via the website of Adventure Dome . The cost is €7.50 per person. Laser game is 10 minutes' explanation and 20 minutes' play.

As a guest of EuroParcs Poort van Zeeland, can I use the Adventuredome for free?

As a guest, you can use the Adventuredome for free. Guests outside the park have to pay €4.95 per child at reception. Adults do not pay an entrance fee. Booking before playing is not a must, but can always be done. This can be done via the website. For the Adventuredome's current opening hours, check the facility on our park page or via the EuroParcs app.

During the reception opening hours, you can easily check in at the park reception. Arriving outside reception opening hours ? In that case, you can make use of a key safe. We kindly ask you to inform the reception of your expected arrival time in advance, so your arrival can go as smoothly as possible. We advise you to check your accommodation and inventory immediately upon arrival for completeness and any possible damage. If anything is not in order regarding the inventory, cleaning or the accommodation itself, please report this to the reception within 2 hours after arrival . If any damage or malfunction occurs during your stay, please report it to the reception as soon as possible, so we can assist you quickly and help keep your stay as pleasant as possible.

Is there an off-leash area or beach where dogs are welcome?

There are different parts at the park and in the neighbourhood where dogs are and are not allowed to run loose. It's best to ask on site at reception. We also have maps showing where dogs are and are not allowed to run.

How far is the beach from holiday park EuroParcs Poort van Zeeland?

It is about a 10-minute walk from reception to the beach near the holiday park. This is the Quack beach (shallow water, fresh). Rockanje's (large) beach is about 10 minutes by car.

Does EuroParcs Poort van Zeeland have charging points for electric cars?

Currently, we do not have charging points on the park. However, there are two charging points nearby. There is one at the Albert Heijn supermarket in Hellevoetsluis (5 min drive) and a fast charging point along the N57 (10 min drive).

Does my holiday home have air conditioning at holiday park EuroParcs Poort van Zeeland?

We have some homes with fixed air conditioning at the park, but most do not have air conditioning. However, it is possible to rent a mobile air conditioning unit. This costs 15 euros per day and a deposit of 100 euros must be paid. This will be returned to the guest after checking out. Please note that the properties are very hot with temperatures above 25 degrees, so please bear this in mind. Unfortunately we can not change this.

Does holiday park EuroParcs Poort van Zeeland have a bread service?

At check-in, you will receive a form with which you can order bread rolls. You can drop these off at reception, or in the letterbox provided. The next day, the bread rolls can be collected from 08:30 in the park shop. This is located next to reception. The bread service is available all year round.

Can I rent a boat at holiday park EuroParcs Poort van Zeeland?

Through Happy Boats , guests can make reservations online. The boat rental is not located directly at the park. For that, you have to drive another 5 minutes by car to Hellevoetsluis, to the Helius Haven (Nieuwe Zeedijk 1). When booking a boat, guests will receive an email confirmation with further information. With the boat, you can sail all over the Haringvliet. You do not need a boating licence for the boats and life jackets are provided as standard.

Can I fish at holiday park EuroParcs Poort van Zeeland?

Fishing is not allowed on the park. For the Haringvliet you need a fishing pass. For the sea (near Rockanje) you do not need a fishing licence.

Are fireworks permitted at EuroParcs Poort van Zeeland?

No, EuroParcs Poort van Zeeland is a fireworks-free park. Setting off fireworks in the park is not permitted.

When checking in, you will receive a barrier gate pass from the reception. With this pass, you can open the barrier gate between 07:00 AM and 11:00 PM.

It may happen that you experience difficulties when entering or leaving the park. Please contact the reception so we can check or reset your pass.

Please note: when loading and unloading your luggage, it is not permitted to allow more than one car through the barrier gate. This rule helps ensure that sufficient parking spaces remain available for all guests.

Leaving the park is possible according to the applicable access arrangements.
