Because we value nature, the woods, the dunes and reeds, and your safery, we have a friendly reminder for you:

• Only gas and electric barbecues are allowed
• Please make sure to have a fire extinguisher at hand
• When you smoke, please make sure the cigarette is completely put out and please throw it in the ashtray

During your stay at EuroParcs Poort van Zeeland, situations can arise that need to be given full attention. In order to provide you with the best service, we would therefore like to ask you to report malfunctions, (technical) defects and /or (cleaning) complaints directly to our reception. You can walk to our reception or you can reach us on the telephone number +31 (0)88 070 8150. This way we can help you to take immediate action.

Rules around barrier and parking on the park

In order to make the check-in and check-out procedure as clear as possible, some rules have been drawn up. These rules are indicated under the heading 'parking' and 'barrier' and relate to parking on the park and to entering and exiting    the barrier.

If your property has its own parking space, you can park one car  here. If your property does not have its own parking space, you can park your car in the parking lot in front of the reception.  Please do not park at the neighbors, in the grass or along the road.
A possible second car can also be parked in this main parking lot.
 
Due to the child friendliness at Resort Poort van Zeeland, we ask you to drive at a maximum speed of 5 km/h. Respect the signage signs.
 
barrier
A barrierpass is received from the reception upon check-in. With this pass you can open the barrier between 07:00 and 23:00. You may experience some inconvenience when entering and/or exiting; don't hesitate to contact reception. This way we can quickly reset your pass.
You can reach the reception by holding down the button above the pass scanner at the barrier.
 
 
PLEASENOTE: With the loading and unloading of your luggage, it is  not allowed  to allow more than 1 car through the barrier. With this rule we would like to prevent the other guests from having no parking on the park.

Wifi code in accommodation

Each accommodation on our park has a free WiFi network with its own WiFi password attached to it. This wi-fi code can be found on the inside of the refrigerator door or in the meter cupboard door.

Visit 
Visitors are welcome. We do ask that they report to reception. Visitors can park for free outside the barrier.

Outdoor fireplace
Some chalets have an outdoor fireplace. These fires are for decoration and may not be used.

Dogs 
Dogs are welcome in our park. Please ensure that the dog is kept on a lead at all times. Outside the park the dog can be walked. 

Rubbish 
Please collect your waste and deposit it in the appropriate containers. 

Internet 
Each chalet has its own wifi password. The wifi code can be found on the inside of the refrigerator door or meter cupboard door. 

Night's rest 
23.00 - 07.00 hrs.
The night's rest starts at 23.00 hours. We ask you to be quiet and to be considerate of your fellow holiday makers and not to drive your car on the grounds. 

Disturbance / nuisance 
In the event of nuisance caused by other guests or in the event of defects or malfunctions, please call 088-0708150. We can then take immediate action.

As a guest, you can use the Adventuredome for free. Guests outside the park have to pay €4.95 per child at reception. Adults do not pay an entrance fee. Booking before playing is not a must, but can always be done. This can be done via the website. For the Adventuredome's current opening hours, check the facility on our park page or via the EuroParcs app.

It is about a 10-minute walk from reception to the beach near the holiday park. This is the Quack beach (shallow water, fresh). Rockanje's (large) beach is about 10 minutes by car.

We have some homes with fixed air conditioning at the park, but most do not have air conditioning. However, it is possible to rent a mobile air conditioning unit. This costs 15 euros per day and a deposit of 100 euros must be paid. This will be returned to the guest after checking out. Please note that the properties are very hot with temperatures above 25 degrees, so please bear this in mind. Unfortunately we can not change this.

At check-in, you will receive a form with which you can order bread rolls. You can drop these off at reception, or in the letterbox provided. The next day, the bread rolls can be collected from 08:30 in the park shop. This is located next to reception. The bread service is available all year round.

Fishing is not allowed on the park. For the Haringvliet you need a fishing pass. For the sea (near Rockanje) you do not need a fishing licence.

The Glow-in-the-dark mini-golf is open every day between 10:00 and 17:00. Reservations can be made for this at reception. The cost is €3.50 per person. Laser gaming can be booked on request. Please contact us via the website of Adventure Dome. The cost is €7.50 per person. Laser game is 10 minutes' explanation and 20 minutes' play.

There are different parts at the park and in the neighbourhood where dogs are and are not allowed to run loose. It's best to ask on site at reception. We also have maps showing where dogs are and are not allowed to run.

Currently, we do not have charging points on the park. However, there are two charging points nearby. There is one at the Albert Heijn supermarket in Hellevoetsluis (5 min drive) and a fast charging point along the N57 (10 min drive).

Through Happy Boats, guests can make reservations online. The boat rental is not located directly at the park. For that, you have to drive another 5 minutes by car to Hellevoetsluis, to the Helius Haven (Nieuwe Zeedijk 1). When booking a boat, guests will receive an email confirmation with further information. With the boat, you can sail all over the Haringvliet. You do not need a boating licence for the boats and life jackets are provided as standard. It is also possible to rent fishing boats, which can be booked via Snoekbaarsbootverhuur.
